The Equity culture is based upon a belief system that is summed up by the definition of the word “Equity” "Equity: the state, the quality, or ideal of being just and fair." Equity Real Estate was begun in 2001 by Principal Broker and Owner Brady Long. It took almost a full year to create a simple system that provides the services Realtors need on a daily basis. By his own admission, Brady is an "organization freak" and a perfectionist. While these two personality traits didn't help the development timeline – they did help to form a very orderly and uncomplicated Brokerage. Combine this with the latest technology and you have an entirely new form of Real Estate Brokerage. Equity is now approximately the 49th largest Brokerage in the NATION! As of January, 2010 there are 963 agents with the company. The St. George office opened in the spring of 2008, and  has grown from 2 agents to 117 agents currently.  We now have a seat on the NAR (National Association of Realtors® ) Board of Directors.  Equity is now gearing up for expansion into Colorado, Idaho, Washington, Nevada and Arizona!
